Last updated: 29 May 2026. These terms govern your use of lyfty.agency and any design or development services you engage Lyfty for. By using the site or starting a project, you agree to them.
1. Services
Lyfty provides product design and development services — marketing sites, SaaS & product UI, MVP builds, brand, design systems and motion — on a flat monthly subscription or a one-off basis, as agreed for each engagement.
2. Engagements & billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can pause or cancel anytime before your next billing date; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- One-off projects are quoted in writing before work begins. Scope and timeline are confirmed in that quote.
- Prices on this site are indicative starting points; your quote is the binding figure.
3. What we deliver
We deliver the work described in your engagement. Number of active requests, turnaround and scope depend on your plan. We use unlimited revisions within an active engagement to get the work right.
4. Ownership & IP
On full payment for the relevant work, you own the deliverables — source code, design files and brand assets — which transfer to your accounts and repositories. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide timely feedback, access and content so we can ship.
- Ensure any material you give us doesn't infringe third-party rights.
- Use anything we build lawfully.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public information confidential and are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request.
7. Warranties & liability
We deliver work with senior care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided "as is" without other warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may end an engagement per the billing terms above. Sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, confidentiality, liability) continue after termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, where Lyfty is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
