We keep data collection minimal and honest. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and your rights over it.

Last updated: 29 May 2026. Lyfty ("we", "us") operates lyfty.agency. This policy explains what we do with your information. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to reply to you and improve the site, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact, audit or newsletter form, we collect what you type — typically your name, email, company, budget range and a description of your project.
  • Usage analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-first, cookieless analytics tool. It records aggregate, anonymous data (page views, country, referrer) and never fingerprints or tracks you across sites.
  • Server logs. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, scope your project and deliver the work.
  • To send the newsletter, if you subscribed (one click to unsubscribe, always).
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run this site:

  • Web3Forms — delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Plausible Analytics — cookieless, aggregate analytics.
  • Cloudflare — hosting, CDN and security.

Each processes data only to provide its service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics is cookieless. That's why you won't see a cookie-consent banner — there's nothing to consent to.

Data retention

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to work together and for our records, then delete them. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email hello@lyfty.agency and we'll action it promptly. Depending on your location (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR) you may have additional rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
